RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

WHAT IS THE GENERAL RETURN POLICY ON MEDHYA?

To make things hassle-free for you, we offer a 7 days return policy. For more information, kindly refer to the Terms & Conditions.

WHAT ARE THE SITUATIONS UNDER WHICH RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept returns due to our error inclusive but not limited to wrong product delivery, wrong quantity delivery, product not being of the desired specification, damaged products or faulty products.

HOW DO I ARRANGE RETURNS

In case of error notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods by way of email to health@medhyaherbals.com. There might be evidence asked for, at times in such cases. Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.

HOW TO REPLACE OR ARRANGE FOR REFUND IN LIEU OF RETURNED ITEM?

Once the return is initiated, replacement of returned portion of order OR Refund would be offered, as follows:

In case of prepaid orders (done via using credit /debit cards, net banking, online wallet and other non-COD methods). The user will be offered 3 choices –

  1. Replacing the same product or another product of value not exceeding the value of the portion of the returned order (mutually decided) will be dispatched within reasonable time in lieu of the returned good.
  2. The amount of the returned portion of order will be refunded to the source (payments done via using credit /debit cards, net banking, online wallet and other non-COD methods) within reasonable number of days
  3. Medhya Coupon / Medhya Cash

Subject to availability, this might be offered to the customer, of the equivalent amount of the returned portion of the order. In this case it will serve as one time purchase coupon for the customer.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

CAN MEDHYA CANCEL A SERVICE REQUEST/ORDER?

Yes. Medhya also reserves the right to refuse or cancel service and product request in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of services/products on website, non-availability/deliverability of products (including detecting possibility of fraud) etc. For more information, kindly read the Terms & Conditions

WHAT WILL MEDHYA DO IN CASE AN ORDER IS CANCELLED BY MEDHYA?

In case the order is cancelled by us, we will notify you about the cancellation of order within 24 to 48 hours of order placement from your side. We will contact you if complete order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept and process your order.

WHEN CAN A CUSTOMER CANCEL THE REQUESTED SERVICE/ORDER?

For cancellations before the order is processed/approved

If we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed/ approved by Medhya, Medhya shall cancel the order. We will refund the amount paid by you after deducting the bank payment processing fees incurred by us. The refunded amount will usually be credited to your account within 3 – 7 working days depending upon the bank.

For cancellations after the order is processed

Medhya will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed/dispatched. The product in that case will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. It is pertinent to note that the Medhya has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

If for any reason, you want to cancel your order before we process it, please send us an email with your order number to health@medhyaherbals.com.

WHAT IF THE REQUEST IS CANCELLED AFTER THE CARD (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL MODES OF ONLINE PAYMENT) HAS BEEN CHARGED?

If your request is cancelled after your card (including but not limited to all modes of online payment) has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled services may not be refunded. In case of Cash back offers extended by banks during the aforesaid period, user will, in addition to this Terms of Use Policy, be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the said bank/card issuer.
